Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your ForgedFast data at any time. We provide two methods: in-app deletion and email request. Both result in the same outcome — your account, content, and any access tokens we hold for connected social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) are permanently removed.

Option 1 — Delete from inside ForgedFast

The fastest way to delete your data:

1. Sign in to your account at app.forgedfast.com.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete Account.
4. Confirm by typing your email when prompted.

Your account is queued for deletion immediately. All uploaded videos, generated clips, connected social account records, and OAuth access tokens are permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Disconnect a single platform only

If you don't want to delete your whole account but want to revoke ForgedFast's access to a specific social platform (for example, disconnect Facebook and Instagram only):

1. Sign in at app.forgedfast.com.
2. Go to your Dashboard.
3. Find the connected platform card (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram).
4. Click Disconnect.

This immediately deletes the access token we hold for that platform. ForgedFast can no longer publish to that account. Your other connected platforms and your ForgedFast account are unaffected.

Option 3 — Email request

If you cannot sign in for any reason, email us and we will delete your account manually:

We respond to deletion requests within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your ForgedFast account (email, password hash, profile info).
• All videos and audio you uploaded.
• All AI-generated clips, transcripts, captions, and metadata.
• OAuth access tokens for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Records of which Pages or Instagram Business accounts you had connected.
• Subscription and billing records held within ForgedFast (Stripe retains its own records per its policy).

Revoking access on the platform side

Even after you delete your ForgedFast account, you can also remove ForgedFast's authorization directly from each platform:

• Facebook & Instagram: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations → find ForgedFast → Remove.
• YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → find ForgedFast → Remove access.
• TikTok: Settings → Manage account → Authorized apps → ForgedFast → Remove.

What we cannot delete

Posts you already published through ForgedFast to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram remain on those platforms after deletion. To remove a published post, delete it directly from the platform where it was published. ForgedFast does not retain the right to delete posts after deletion of your account.

Data retention exceptions

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (your email and the deletion date) for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and legal compliance. This record is never used for marketing or service delivery.
