- Social media account credentials: when you authorize ForgedFast to post on your behalf, we receive access tokens for connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). We do not receive or store your platform passwords.
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- Email address only: if you sign up for our pre-launch waitlist, we collect only your email address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Process video uploads, generate transcripts, and create platform-optimized captions and metadata using AI.
- Schedule and publish content to the social media platforms you authorize.
- Send you service-related notifications and respond to your support requests.
- Notify waitlist subscribers when ForgedFast becomes available.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or unauthorized use.
3. Third-Party Services
ForgedFast uses third-party services to operate. These include:
- OpenAI for video transcription.
- Anthropic Claude for AI-generated captions and SEO copy.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Cloud hosting providers for infrastructure.
- Social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) for posting content you authorize.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share what is necessary to provide the Services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With third-party services that help us operate ForgedFast (listed above).
