Terms of Service

Welcome to ForgedFast. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ForgedFast website at forgedfast.com and our software services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use ForgedFast. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated. Notify us immediately at hello@forgedfast.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to videos, transcripts, captions, and other content you upload or create using ForgedFast ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant ForgedFast a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you (transcription, AI generation, scheduling, posting to platforms you authorize).
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content.
- Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or platform terms.
- You have all necessary consents for any individuals appearing in Your Content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ForgedFast to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
- Post spam, misleading content, or content that violates the terms of any connected platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services.
- Use the Services to compete directly with ForgedFast.
- Share your account access with others or resell access without our written permission.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Third-Party Platforms
ForgedFast helps you publish content to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Each of those platforms has its own terms of service that you must follow. ForgedFast is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or actions taken by those platforms (including post failures, account suspensions, or API changes).
6. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are not provided except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
ForgedFast uses artificial intelligence to generate transcripts, captions, hashtags, and other text content. AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content you did not intend. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is published, and for any consequences of publication.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep ForgedFast available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service changes.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine harms ForgedFast, our users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGEDFAST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForgedFast from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the state where ForgedFast is registered.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
